5 Purdue Students "Graduate" from Complutense Madrid

On May 20th, 180 students, including five from Purdue, received certificates during a graduation ceremony organized by the Dean of the Universidades Reunidas de Norteamerica at the Complutense Universidad de Madrid.  The Complutense program has been open to Purdue students since 1966 and it's still an excellent and inexpensive way to spend an academic year or spring semester in Spain.  Come to the September 2nd Study Abroad Fair to learn more about this and other programs.

Student Testimonials Book

Get the inside scoop from students who've "been there, done that."  Peruse our Student Testimonials featuring Purdue students writing about their overseas experiences. They share their academic successes, travel adventures and money-saving strategies, as well as tips on must-see places, not to be missed opportunities, and other topics.  Experience is the best teacher and these candid and thoughtful observations should be of assistance to students who are thinking of studying abroad, potential applicants who are trying to narrow their program options and outgoing students who are in the midst of pre-departure preparations.

Our Mission

The Office of Programs for Study Abroad is dedicated to internationalizing Purdue by helping as many students as possible have overseas experiences that enrich lives, enhance academic achievement and increase career potential.  The study abroad staff helps students overcome academic, financial, or personal concerns that might prevent them from going abroad and they are especially devoted to removing obstacles for first-time participants.
